Digital downloads can't be returned like physical goods — but we still want you to be happy with every pack.
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or simply not as described on its product page, email hello@littlelearners.site within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We'll fix the file or refund you in full — your choice.
Bought the same pack twice by accident, or bought a single pack and then the Ultimate Bundle? Email us within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
Change of mind after successful download, or printing problems caused by your printer settings — though we'll always try to help you get a good print first.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Payoneer, usually within 5–10 working days.
